Group Description :
We will deepen the practice of Zhineng Qigong in this next round of classes. The practices will be varied but include learning the First Form, Level 1, Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down.
The charge will be to cover the cost of the hall and is estimated to around £18-00 for the six classes and is paid in advance.
We will be starting on 27th April with the classes running till 1st June.
Following this there will be some summer classes offered starting 13th July till 3rd August.
