Bons Buveurs exists for the sheer pleasure of exploring a range of beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, in the company of like-minded explorers. The aim is to discover new favourites, learn about old favourites, and understand more the complexities of the processes involved. Meetings revolve around Ayr and Glasgow, with two roughly six-weekly cycles. Glasgow meetings tend to be Wednesday, from lunchtime; Ayr meetings are on Thursday, with a mid-afternoon start.
Our next meeting will be in Glasgow on Wednesday 9th September, to meet at 1 p.m.. There has been a clamour for a return to the Alchemist, in George Square, for more of its remarkably visually stunning cocktails, so that is our destination. We will be back in Ayr, at the T-Bar/Treehouse, on Thursday 8th October, at 3 p.m.
