Group Description :
Bons Buveurs exists for the sheer pleasure of exploring a range of beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, in the company of like-minded explorers. The aim is to discover new favourites, learn about old favourites, and understand more the complexities of the processes involved. Meetings revolve around Ayr and Glasgow, with two roughly six-weekly cycles. Glasgow meetings tend to be Wednesday, from lunchtime; Ayr meetings are on Thursday, with a mid-afternoon start.
Our next meeting will be in in Glasgow on Wednesday 28th October, at 1 p.m. The venue is the Atlantic Brasserie, 12-16 St Vincent Place (atlanticbrasserie.co.uk). Almost next door to the Counting House (Wetherspoons) for those who get to Glasgow early ....
The next Ayr meeting will be Thursday, 26th November, at 3 p.m. The venue, in a break with tradition, will be Wellingtons, 17 Wellington Square. [Note also, date has been changed to avoid clashing with General Monthly Meeting]
New members always welcomed.
