We are interested in discovering wide ranging aspects of our Family History, Social History and Local History, as well as the history of other places we know and love. This means that we cover local, national and international history and developments.
We illustrate history through our own families, using their stories and the events they witnessed.

We visit (virtually and in reality!) museums and collections, ranging from the World Heritage Site of New Lanark, to the local Ayrshire Councils' collections at Rozelle House and the Heritage Hub in Ayr, the McKechnie in Girvan, the Baird Institute in Cumnock and the Dick Institute in Kilmarnock.
