New group Social Activity on Whatsapp

I do hope everyone is enjoying the festive activities and a rest from our usual busy lives.

I am aware that this time is not always a welcome time for some members as their social calendar is suddenly empty! So I have decided to start a group that I have been considering for some time, ever since I heard about a very active similar one in a nearby u3a.

This is a Whatsapp group which members can join if they would like to go out for coffee, a drink, the cinema, just for a walk or whatever and are looking for company. Members would just float the idea - anyone fancy a coffee this afternoon at Dobbies, for example.
